PHBP Plan Participants
Good news!…. Effective November 27, 2023 all PHBP active and retired participants and their eligible dependents will now be able to obtain certain vaccines in a retail pharmacy setting with no out-of-pocket cost using the Express Scripts prescription drug benefit card.
ESF Plan Participants
Good news!…. Effective November 27, 2023 all ESF active participants and their eligible dependents will now be able to obtain certain vaccines in a retail pharmacy setting with no out-of-pocket cost using the Express Scripts prescription drug benefit card.
