PHBP Plan Participants
Good news!…. Effective November 27, 2023 all PHBP active and retired participants and their eligible dependents will now be able to obtain certain vaccines in a retail pharmacy setting with no out-of-pocket cost using the Express Scripts prescription drug benefit card.
ESF Plan Participants
